Our team is composed of Silicon Valley experts with Ph.D. degrees and deep industry experience in photonics and semiconductor systems. Founder & CEO

Dr. Shan Che holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Brown University with a research focus on laser-based opto-acoustic systems. As founder and CEO of Pixora GmbH, she leads the commercialization of cutting-edge photonics technologies in imaging, sensing, and signal processing. With a dual background in advanced scientific research and technology investment in New York, she brings a rare combination of deep-tech insight and entrepreneurial execution. Dr. Che has led multi-disciplinary teams through full R&D cycles, translating scientific breakthroughs into scalable, AI-integrated optical platforms. Her strength lies in bridging innovation with market delivery under fast-paced, resource-constrained startup conditions.
